Our experiences are designed for small groups and limited availability.
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Payment Terms
- A 30% advance payment is required to reserve your spot.
- The balance 70% is due 45 days prior to departure date.
- For bookings made within 45 days of departure date, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
This allows us to secure the best stays, guides, and permits in advance and ensures a seamless experience from the moment you arrive.
Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed instantly upon payment.
- You will receive a detailed confirmation via email/WhatsApp.
- Pricing is all-inclusive as specified, with no hidden costs.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change, so here’s a clear and fair cancelation policy in case you decide to cancel your booking.
An email/whatsapp message is required to confirm your cancelation. The date of receipt of your message will be considered the date of your cancelation.
If this date of cancelation is –
- More than 45 days before departure → 90% refund of total booking amount
- 30–44 days before departure → 50% refund of total booking amount
- Less than 30 days before departure → No refund
Rescheduling/Transfer
As each journey is carefully planned in advance, rescheduling or transfer is not offered.
Non-Refundable Components
Certain elements are secured in advance and may be non-refundable:
- Forest permits & safari bookings
- Special activity fees
- Third-party vendor charges
(These will be transparently communicated, if applicable.)
No-Show & Early Exit
- No refund for no-shows or unused services
- No partial refund for early departure
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events (weather, natural disruptions, government restrictions, etc):
- We will offer rescheduling or credit options wherever possible.
- Refunds will depend on recoveries from vendors.
